Ear tags come in two varieties, please choose your preference for one-piece or two-piece tags.

Please list your farm name as you would like it listed on the front of your ear tag: the more characters, the smaller the engraving dimensions.

Starting Ear Tag Number

What is your starting tag number? If you need a prefix for the tag, please include it in your example, like HL-002. Ideally, four or fewer digits work best—the more digits, the smaller the engraving dimensions.

Engraving the back of the ear tag is optional for $.20/tag. If you would like to have the back of the tags engraved, please add those details in the field below. If you do not wish to engrave the back of the ear tags, leave the field blank.

Ear Tag Quantity

Please select the quantity of ear tags you would like to order from the drop-down box below. There is a $0.15/tag discount for orders of 100 or more—minimum of 50 ear tags with additional tags available in 25 increments.
